刻まれていますが・・・私はこの店が一番好きです♪
たたらかつ麺の味噌が一押しです。
まずカツがなくともこのラーメン自体が舌鼓を打たせてくれる上に、
良く揚げられたカツがそれと上手くマッチして、
味覚の相乗効果を発揮してくれます。
見た目は一見辛そうですが、自分からすると決してそうではなく、
むしろもう少し辛みレベルが高くてもいいかと思ったほどです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間が無かったので早く出来ると言うスタンダードな味噌ラーメンを頼みました。
小坂に来たのに何故かつラーメンを頼まないのかは置いておいて、味噌ラーメンはスープが優しい味でとても美味しかったです。
次はもう少し味わってたべよ。
I didn't have much time, so I ordered a standard miso ramen that I could do quickly.
Aside from why I came to Kosaka and didn't ask for ramen, the miso ramen had a gentle soup and was very delicious.

今日はビビンバと、どのメニューにもプラス300円で鹿角ブランド豚の桃豚のとんかつがつけられるので、ビビンバと桃豚のとんかつにしました。
