前日に大雨が降った為、対島川の水量が多くて迫力のある滝を堪能する事が出来ましたが、雨の少ない時期には水量が減って滝自体が消える事も多いそうです。
仮に滝が見れなくても、周辺には伊豆半島ジオパークを代表する柱状節理の美しい景観(さいつな・こさいつな等)が見れますので、行く価値はあるかと思います。

Since it rained heavily the day before, we were able to enjoy the powerful waterfall with a large amount of water on the Toshima River, but it seems that the waterfall itself often disappears when the rain is light.
Even if you can't see the waterfall, you can still see the beautiful scenery of columnar joints (Saituna, Kosatuna, etc.) that represent the Izu Peninsula Geopark, so I think it's worth the trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場から川沿いの遊歩道を10分ほど歩くと到着します。道路も整備されていて、気分も良いのですぐに到着します。川が海に注ぎ込むところを見たのは初めてのことで、とても新鮮でした。
From the parking lot, walk along the river promenade for about 10 minutes to arrive. The roads are well maintained and I feel good so I will arrive soon. It was the first time I saw a river pouring into the sea and it was very fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場からまっすぐの川沿いに約700メートルと書いて有るけど、下り坂の長いこと長いことゴーーと流れるこの川、、これが対島の滝かなｰｰｰと想いながらｰｰｰ高所恐怖症の私としてはどんなとこか気になるケド立派な展望デッキで有り難かった。もちろん歩いて来た川が海ヘドドーｰｰｰと豪快に落ちている様はサイコーサイコー!!!!。チョット先の柱状節理も、ベリーベリーGOOD!!!。
It says about 700 meters along the river straight from the parking lot, but this river that flows downhill for a long time, I think this is a waterfall on the island --- for me who is afraid of heights. I was grateful for the excellent observation deck that I was curious about. Of course, it's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! The columnar joints at the tip of the chot are also very berry GOOD !!!.

珍しいかと、、
雨が少ないと水量がさみしくなるようです
幻の滝とも呼ばれているようです
橋立観光駐車場(20台 トイレあり 無料)から川沿いに15分程下ります
この川がそのまま滝になりますので水量 判定できるかと思います
キレイな展望台完備されてました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12/12から連続休暇が取れたので、伊豆高原駅から歩いて、橋立吊橋に向かう途中に、こちらの対島の滝に会えます。
周りどこ見ても絶景の心を打たれる、美しさと荒々しい海と断崖絶壁を楽しめて、オススメです。スニーカーは必須でベビーカーはやめといたほうが得策です。☺
Since I took a continuous vacation from 12/12, I can meet this waterfall on the island on the way to the Hashidate Suspension Bridge on foot from Izu-Kogen Station.
It is recommended that you can enjoy the beauty, the rough sea and the cliffs that will impress you no matter where you look around. Sneakers are a must and it's best to avoid strollers. ☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対馬の滝は、水量が多い時に城ヶ崎海岸に直接流れ落ちる珍しい滝である事から【幻の滝】と呼ばれています。
水量が少ない時には現れない事から、運良く滝を見る事が出来たカップルは、必ず結ばれると云われている【恋愛のパワースポット】です。
対馬の滝が在る城ヶ崎海岸は、今から約4000年前に大室山が噴火した時に流れ出た熔岩によって出来た海岸線に在ります。
Tsushima Waterfall is called [Phantom Waterfall] because it is a rare waterfall that flows directly to the Jogasaki coast when there is a lot of water.
Couples who are lucky enough to see the waterfall are said to be connected because they do not appear when the amount of water is low.
The Jogasaki coast, where Tsushima Falls is located, is located on the coastline made of lava that flowed out when Mt. Omuro erupted about 4000 years ago.
