平日の12時過ぎに利用。 駐車場はほぼ満車。 入口外には4人ほど待ち。 10分ほどで店内に。 店内にも待合席あり。 さらに20分ほど待つ。 順番が来て席に案内。 カウンター4席、 4テーブル席。 お冷は各自で用意。 ティッシュも完備。 味噌ラーメン系が売切れ。 普通のラーメンを注文。 10分ほどで到着。 チャーシューが美味い。 スープは煮干しが強い。 チャーシューは300g 450円で持ち帰り可能。

お店を見つけた時は達成感で嬉しかった。ラーメンと赤味噌を食べました。チャーシューは凄く厚くて食べごたえがありました!ただ自分的には薄いほうが好みでした。ラーメンは薄味で、赤味噌のほうが美味しかったです!今度はたまり醤油や塩ラーメンに挑戦したいです!
When I found the store, I was happy with the sense of accomplishment. I ate ramen and red miso. The char siu was very thick and delicious! However, I personally preferred the thin one. The ramen was light and the red miso tasted better! Next time I would like to try tamari soy sauce and salt ramen!

高柳時代から大好きなお店です。行列必至ですが並んででも食べたい匠の技です。限定のラーメンはどれにしようかいつも悩んでしまいます…はぎれチャーシューを買ってきて、家で食べるのが幸せ。
I have loved this shop since the Takayanagi era. A line is inevitable, but it is a craftsmanship that you want to eat even if you line up. I'm always wondering which ramen to buy ... I'm happy to buy a piece of roast pork and eat it at home.

高柳のお店以来、上越で開店してから初めての訪問。行列が絶えないと聞いて、なかなか食べに来れずにいましたが、平日の開店30分前、近くに来ていたので、今日こそはと立ち寄りました。 開店20分前、店の前に1人の姿が…でも駐車場には7台の車。入口に近づくと中待ちは6人まで、それ以上は外に並ぶようにと注意書きが、ナルホドね。程なく開店して順次店中へと案内される。カウンター席は逃したけど、テーブル席があって床に座らずに済んだ。定番のメニューと迷ったけど、今のこの時期やっぱり愛麺会の酒粕でしょ、ということで「酒かすラーメン白味噌仕立て」を注文。カウンター席ではなかったけど、永野さんが一杯一杯丁寧に作っている姿も見えて嬉しくなる。で、いよいよ実食。シコシコツルツルな中太麺いや太麺か、トロミのある濃厚なスープが絡んでイイ。しかも熱々、外で冷えた身体が暖まってくる。酒粕は入っているなと分かる位で、それほど主張せず、白味噌との調和が絶妙。美味しかったです。

The store will open soon and you will be guided to the store one after another. I missed the counter seats, but there were table seats so I didn't have to sit on the floor. I wasn't sure about the standard menu, but at this time of year, it was the sake lees of the Aimenkai, so I ordered "Sake dregs ramen white miso tailoring". It wasn't a counter seat, but I'm glad to see Mr. Nagano making a cup of it carefully. And finally, the actual meal. The chewy and smooth medium-thick noodles or thick noodles or the rich soup with toromi are entwined. Moreover, the hot and cold body warms up. I can tell that it contains lees, so I don't insist so much, and the harmony with white miso is exquisite. It was delicious.

始めての訪問です。かなり早く着いたと思いましたが、外待ちで3人おられました。40分近く待ち、開店で中でさらに30分ほど待ち、やっとカウンターでした。 メギス塩ラーメン、酒かすラーメン白味噌仕立てを注文、麺はモチモチストレート、スープはどちらもかなり優しいお味であたしには少し物足りなかったです。チャーシューはかなり旨かったとのこと?どろエビペーストが、待ってるうちに完売してしまったのは残念でした。
This is my first visit. I thought I arrived quite early, but there were three people waiting outside. I waited for nearly 40 minutes, waited for another 30 minutes inside the store, and finally it was the counter. I ordered megisu shio ramen and sake lees ramen with white miso, the noodles were chewy straight, and the soup had a fairly gentle taste, which was a little unsatisfactory. The char siu was pretty good ? It was a pity that the mud shrimp paste was sold out while I was waiting.

This place lives up to the hype, though I'm not sure if it's worth the wait. I went on a Wednesday at noon and waited for an hour. Becareful, the place closes when it's out of broth so if you get there late then it's possible they will close shop while you're still in line. Definitely worth the visit if you have the time.

A fantastic bowl of ramen! The tamarijoyu is a rich bowl of soy sauce-based ramen that really complements the thick pieces of slow roasted char-siu Haruki is famous for. The staff are also some of the friendliest I’ve met in Japan so if you have any questions or get a second to chat with them it can definitely enhance the experience. Expect a bit of a wait if you arrive later than 11:30 but this bowl of ramen is well worth it!
