★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅近で便利。掃除が甘いのか築浅物件にしては床などに細かいゴミが散乱していたり汚い印象。また戸数もそれなりにあるが、エレベーター一基のみなので、なかなか来ないことが多い。
