それと南向きの部屋は最悪です。
駐車場を挟んで居酒屋等があり、深夜１時を回っても道路に客がたまっていて大声で会話して非常にうるさいです。
深夜2時ごろになると店の方の出入りでこちらもうるさいです。
最近は昼時でも何処からか子供の泣き声と母の怒鳴る声が聴こえます。
ただ、設備面は宅配ボックスもありますし、エレベータもしっかりしている、平日は管理人さんがいるので良い感じだと思っています。

There are izakaya and others across the parking lot, and even after 1:00 am at night, customers are crowded on the road and it is very noisy to talk in a loud voice.
It's noisy as the shop goes in and out around 2 pm.
Recently, even at noon, I can hear the crying voice of my child and the yelling voice of my mother from somewhere.
However, I think that there is a delivery box on the equipment side, the elevator is solid, and there is a manager on weekdays, so I feel good.
