希望する条件の物件は非常に少なかったのですが、お客様に喜んでいただくのが一番と言っていただいた通り、真摯にご対応いただき、正直希望を上回る物件を契約出来ました。

The broker I consulted with so far couldn't trust the decoy property at all, so the property search itself was depressing.
You can trust it via an acquaintance! It was Mr. Matsunaga who introduced me.
I think Mr. Matsunaga was the most reliable intermediary so far.
The response on LINE is quick, so if you are looking for something in this area, I definitely recommend this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I found a listing we wanted to look at on the ABLE website before visiting the office. Honda san had everything ready for us for the place we wanted to look at when we arrived at the office, plus she helped find other options that fit our needs, especially pet-friendly places.
We had slightly lower than conversational Japanese skills, but Honda san was very patient with us and with the help of Google Translate we were able to communicate properly. She was very friendly and answered all of our many, many questions. We are glad to have made a contract through ABLE. Definitely one of the better real-estate experiences we've had. Thank you Honda san!
