R	R S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マジでクソ！車検出して1週間半で壊れて走らなくなった。その後の対応も修理できないロードサービスにたらい回し。ISUZUで対応する手筈組んでも、1時間で現着予定が連絡無しで2時間待たされた。工場も営業所も営業時間外でサービスセンターに繋がったと思ったらナメた口調で謝りの一言も無い、知識、技術うんぬんの前に大人としての人間性、社会性にかけすぎ Seriously fucking! After detecting the car, it broke in a week and a half and stopped running. After that, I turned to a road service that could not be repaired. Even if ISUZU was supposed to handle it, I had to wait for 2 hours without contacting the arrival schedule in 1 hour. When I thought that both the factory and the sales office were connected to the service center outside business hours, I didn't have a word of apology.
小	小寺勝也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関越道下り線走行中突然水温計が急上昇(H) まで‼️やむを得ず路肩に止めて見ると冷却水が駄々漏れ近くの関東いすゞを検索！川越出口手前で停めたので最寄りは川越の南台にあり何とか騙し騙し走行で到着！直ぐに対応してくれて約30分位で応急処置をしてくれて何とか無事に東京迄帰って来れました‼️親切丁寧な説明もありわかりやすかったです‼️本当にありがとうございました‼️(^-^)v待合室もゆったり出来る空間でした‼️(^-^)vオフィスも広いし整備工場の広さには驚きました‼️(^o^)後日ホームグラウンドにある舟渡の関東いすゞさんに入院予定です‼️(^^; Suddenly the water temperature gauge suddenly rises (H) while traveling on the Kanetsu road down line !! If you stop at the shoulder of the road unavoidably, cooling water leaks badly and search for Kanto Isuzu near there! Because it stopped in front of the Kawagoe exit, the nearest station is in the south platform of Kawagoe. I coped immediately and gave me first aid in about 30 minutes and managed to come home safely in Tokyo !! There is also a kindly polite explanation and it was easy to understand !! 山	山田利之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝、トラックのエンジンがかからない。 10時に掛けた電話に担当部署から折り返します、との返答。 13時になっても連絡来ず。 13:30頃再度電話。 14:30過ぎに折り返し有り。症状を説明すると、これこれこうしてみて下さいと言われ、その通りに。直ぐにエンジンかかる。何の為に4時間30分またされたんだろう、と思ってしまった。 The truck engine doesn't start in the morning. To the phone called at 10 o'clock The department in charge will return. I didn't get in touch even at 13:00. Call again around 13:30. There is a call back after 14:30. When I explained the symptoms, I was told to try this and that, and that's right. The engine starts immediately. I wondered why I had to do it again for 4 hours and 30 minutes.
