★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 狭山店では鈑金修理を行っておらず別店舗で作業されます。それは問題ないのですが、とにかく任せたあとの対応が悪い。
代車は来ない、連絡も来ない、修理がいつ終わるかも分からない、受け取りも「遅くなって申し訳ございません」の言葉もなければ修理箇所の確認もしない。
店舗に電話しても「分かりません」ばかり。何なら分かるん？
もう少し他と比較して頼めばよかったです。
The Sayama store does not repair sheet metal and will work at another store. That's okay, but the response after leaving it to me is bad.
I don't get a substitute car, I don't get a call, I don't know when the repair will end, I don't receive the words "I'm sorry for being late", and I don't check the repaired part.
