柏駅直結のデパート、高島屋の7階にあるお店です。 数年前まで本八幡にあった老舗のお蕎麦屋さん「一茶庵」のお弟子さんのお店とのことで、土曜日のランチで利用しました。 「鴨汁せいろ 1240円」がおすすめらしいので、自分も妻も大盛(+250円?)で注文しました。 蕎麦は水がよく切れていて香りが高く美味しいです。 鴨もたくさん入っていて、柔らかくて美味しいです。 大盛でちょうどいい量でした。普通盛りでは足りなかったと思います。 接客も良く、また機会があれば伺いたいお店です。

久しぶりに行きました。 去年の5月頃にリニューアルされたみたいですね。 一人で行きレジ近くの2名席へ。他の席とは衝立があって私的には見えにくくて良かったです。 接客も良いし。 キジのお肉も柔らかく美味しかった。 セットのそばはいまいちかな。 長野の美味しいそばを食べちゃうともう少しコシが欲しい!という感じ。 でも居心地良いのでまたお邪魔します。

柏ステーションモールのS館7階にある 柏一茶庵さんで木の子天せいろ食べて来ました。 こちらのお蕎麦はつなぎ多めの7対3のお蕎麦だそうです。 普通に二八で良いのに何故七三なんでしょうか? 面倒くさいから調べませんが、お蕎麦の香りしなくて食感も私的には微妙でした? 天ぷらもデカ過ぎ、もう少し小さい方が食べやすいと思う。流石に木の子オンリーは飽きると思いました?
