When shooting from the observatory, iron pillars like carp streamers are very disturbing.

駐車場内に、男女別にトイレが１つずつ、複合トイレが１つ、計３つありました。
It is an observatory overlooking Kesennuma Oshima Ohashi and Kesennuma city.
In the parking lot, there were three separate toilets for men and women, one for complex toilets.

トイレ、自動販売機があり、観光前に利用できるのはありがたい。
展望台があり、気仙沼方面を見渡せる。
It is just across the road from Kesennuma to Oshima.
There are toilets and vending machines, and I am grateful that they can be used before sightseeing.
There is an observatory overlooking the Kesennuma area.
