う	うつのみやたろう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小さなパン屋さん。奥さんとてもいい人だ。少量生産なので棚に並ぶ端から、売れてしまって選ぶほど絶対残ってない。なので、常連さんは食べたいパンを取り置きしてもらうか、大体、焼き上げの順番が決まっているので、自分が食べたいパンが焼き上がるタイミングで訪問するという離れ業を(笑) なんで、まだ焼き上げたばっかで棚に並んでないものを勧めてくれることがあって。そうして買った黒糖ブレッドがもう！外側の皮がバリッとしていて、ちょっと黒糖の焦げなんかあって。中の生地がふんわり、そしてまだ暖かい蜜状の黒糖がジュワッと！焼きたてのパンの香りと黒糖の甘ーい匂いにほとんど暴力的に襲われました。もちろん車の中で食べました。家まで待てましぇ〜ん。あはは。比較的近所に住んでて良かった〜。追記土曜日はほぼほぼ予約で無くなってます。割と近いじぶんちでもげっと困難です。全時間帯フリで入って買うのはかなり無理め。試してみるなら金を除いた平日をおすすめします。 Small bakery.
