★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男性一人の小さな店舗。山形にも似たお店あり。そちらは女性一人。
どれもフツウにでした。ここのパンじゃなきゃではなく。お目当てのパン屋が休みでここに来ました。せっかく今どきのパン屋してるのに袋が白ポリ袋っていうのもね。
次行ったとき、何か美味しいのに会えたら嬉しいなぁ

チーズ系のパンと食パン、ラスクはリーズナブルでオススメです。

クオリティも花丸です。

新潟市内のパン屋さんは比較的濃いめ(バターたっぷり、濃い味)パン屋さんが多いと思っているのですが、こちらのパンは小麦の味がする素朴なさっぱりパンという感じを受けました。かと言って、美味しくないとか粗雑な味とかではありません。
私は大好きなタイプ♡のパン屋さん。
お店に入るのは2人がやっとです。店の方がパンをとって会計してくれます。小さい店内ですがパンの種類はそこそこあって目移りしました。
お店の方におすすめを聞きましたら、チーズ系のパン屋を仰っていました。
ほうれん草とチーズのパンは外がサクサク中がふんわりという食感で、またチーズもとてもいいお味でした。
あんぱんも頂きましたが、甘すぎないつぶあんで美味しかったです！

The spinach and cheese bread had a crispy outside and a fluffy inside, and the cheese tasted very good.
I also got anpan, but it was delicious because it wasn't too sweet!
