M	MIKAKO ARAKI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出前館で注文。配達予定時刻から30分遅れても何も連絡なかったのでこちらから電話。カタコトの日本語で「忙しかったから遅れている。もう少し待ってくれ」と謝罪もなく言われて電話を切られ、言われた通り待ってみたが、1時間待った今も届いていない。ここのクチコミをみて味も期待できそうもないので、クーポン使っててまだ良かったなと思いました。ここのクチコミを見た人は絶対に頼んでは行けません。 Order at the delivery hall. S	S K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の方かオーナー様がどこの口コミにも張り付いていてたまに逆ギレしていて気味が悪かったので投稿のタイミングをズラしました。様々な場所や出前で寿司を食してきたがびっくりするぐらい生臭かった。。解凍の仕方が雑すぎて汁も拭いてないから生臭いのか。。出前寿司でコンビニやスーパーの寿司よりまずいものが出てくるとは思わなかったので数ヶ月前のことですが鮮明に覚えています(というかコンビニやスーパーは美味しく食べられるぐらいの味覚です)。スーパーで半額の刺し身買って自分で握った方が遥かに美味しいはずです。宅配をしていただいた従業員の方はとても丁寧でした。 The clerk or the owner was sticking to any word of mouth, and sometimes I was a little bit reluctant, so I delayed the timing of posting. リ	リラ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出前館から時間予約で注文。予約した時間を40分過ぎても届かず連絡も無し。こちらから電話して確認すると順番に配達しているのでもう少し待ってほしいとのこと。何時に店を出発したのか聞くと、スムーズに来ても間に合わない時間で、他のお宅にも配達してから来るのなら、なおさら予約時間に届くわけがない。そもそも間に合わせる気がないとしか思えない。２年前にも遅いという口コミがあり、それに対して改善すると返答しているにも関わらず、一切改善されていない。キャンセルしてもらったが、どうしてもお寿司が食べたかったので別のお店に注文すると、時間どおりに届けてくれた。最初からそちらに注文しておけば良かった。 Order by time reservation from the delivery hall. だ	だるま on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ デリバリ系のサービスを利用して注文したが、配達時間30分とあったのに結局1時間半もかかった。はっきり言って予定時刻を1時間も過ぎるって、いったい何のために配達時間の予定を表示するシステムになってるのか分からない。そもそも昼時なんだから忙しくなることなんて分かるはずだし、キャパを超えた時点で注文を止めるとかできるだろうが。そのための配達予定時間を表示するシステムだろ。たぶん、わざと予定時刻を変更しないようにしてるんだと思う。普通１時間以上かかると注文を入れてくれないから、30分と見せかけて実際は1時間以上かかるという形にしてるんだろう。 100円寿司みたいに安くはないし、値段の割に対して美味くもない。一番高い1人前を頼んだが、一本穴子が仕切りもなく詰められてるので、タレが隣の寿司に染み込んで味が混ざってる始末。はっきり言って、ここは寿司も他のサービスも職人の仕事とは言えない。たぶんテイクアウト専門の寿司屋で働いてるパートのおばちゃんの方がまだ良い仕事をするレベルだと思う。つーか、本店でこれじゃ他の店舗も期待できないってことだよね。銀しゃりは二度と利用しないと思う。かっぱ寿司にでも行ったほうがマシだわ。 I placed an order using a delivery service, but it took an hour and a half even though the delivery time was 30 minutes.
