葛餅だけでなく、羊羹なども美味しいのでお土産などに喜ばれます。
なんでも美味しいものを提供しようという気概がひしひしと伝わる気持ちの良いお店。
夏場は名主の滝を散歩してからお店に寄ると風情を感じますね?
くず餅も美味しいですが、暑い日はついついあんみつを頼んでしまいます。
葛餅はお店で食べるのが1番美味しいので、イートインが復活して良かったです。
北区自慢の甘味処です!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 石鍋商店の創業は明治20年。こちらの名物は関東風の久寿餅。渋沢栄一も食べたのでしょうか❓原料となるのは木の樽で2年間発酵させるデンプン。これが店の命です。このデンプンを水に溶いたら木製の枠に流し込み強い蒸気で蒸し上げます。発酵食品ゆえ久寿餅は、その日その日で様子が違うもの。指先で、ご機嫌をうかがいながら蒸し時間など調整します。発酵食品らしい独特の風味が江戸の名物。日々、格闘しながら老舗の味を守っています。
Ishinabe Shoten was founded in the 20th year of the Meiji era. This specialty is Kanto-style Kuzumochi. Did you eat Shibusawa Eiichi? ❓ The raw material is starch that is fermented in wooden barrels for two years. This is the life of the store. After dissolving this starch in water, pour it into a wooden frame and steam it with strong steam. Because it is a fermented food, Kuzumochi looks different from day to day. Adjust the steaming time with your fingertips while listening to your mood. Edo's specialty is the unique flavor of fermented foods. I keep the taste of a long-established store while struggling every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ くず餅も旨いが、豆かんもなかなか。浅草の『梅むら』の方が豆自体は量、質とも上のような気がするが、寒天はこちらが上と思う。
Kuzumochi is delicious, but soybeans are also good. Asakusa's "Umemura" seems to have a higher quality and quantity of beans, but I think the agar is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 葛餅の暖簾があったので入って見ました。本来ならそこで食べられるのですが コロナ時期なので持ち帰りのみです。葛餅 心太 あんみつと購入しました。葛餅は普段食べているものより味が濃く感じました。
There was a kuzumochi noren, so I went in and saw it. Normally you can eat it there, but since it's the corona season, you can only take it home. I bought it with Kuzumochi Tokoroten Anmitsu. I felt that Kuzumochi had a stronger taste than what I usually eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 王子稲荷神社と王子駅の中間あたりにある石鍋商店。130年以上の歴史がある老舗です。店内にはイートインスペースもあり(コロナの状況でイートイン可/不可が変わる可能性も)。
今回はくず餅とあんみつを持ち帰り。
石鍋商店のくず餅は添加物を一切使っていないため、日持ちは2日。その日の夜に食べました。
くず餅は封を開けるとカットされていない1枚の状態。贅沢に食べたいので厚めの四角にカットして頂きました。弾力と風味があって美味いですね!臭み的なものは感じませんでした。
あんみつはコリコリした寒天がめちゃ美味い!求肥も無添加にこだわり、赤色はトマト、緑はほうれん草の天然色素だそうです。無添加のこだわりに感動。
Ishinabe Shoten is located between Oji Inari Shrine and Oji Station. It is a long-established store with a history of over 130 years. There is also an eat-in space inside the store (it may or may not be possible to eat-in depending on the corona situation).
This time, I brought back Kuzumochi and Anmitsu.
Kuzumochi from Ishinabe Shoten does not use any additives, so it lasts for 2 days. I ate that night.
Kuzumochi is a single piece that has not been cut when the seal is opened. I wanted to eat it luxuriously, so I cut it into a thick square. It has elasticity and flavor and is delicious! I didn't feel anything stinking.
Anmitsu has a very delicious crunchy agar! Gyuhi is also sticking to additive-free, and it seems that red is a natural pigment of tomato and green is a natural pigment of spinach. Impressed by the additive-free commitment.
