石ノ森漫画館は駐車場が無いので、こちらの駐車場からだと十分徒歩圏内です。
新しく出来た網地島ラインの中央発着所からも近いです。
It is a convenient location for sightseeing just opposite Ishinomaki Genki Ichiba.
There is no parking lot in Ishinomori Manga-kan, so it is within walking distance from this parking lot.
It is also close to the central landing point of the newly made Ajijima Island Line.

時期により無料で駐車できる時間が違うようで、２月と３月に利用した時には「２時間」無料でした。

石ノ森漫画館には駐車場が無いのでこちらに止めると便利。
徒歩圏内にありますし、周辺にも様々な施設があるので観光にも便利です。
ただし、周辺は一方通行の狭い道路が多いので要注意です。時間帯によっては混雑しています。
駐車場の脇にライダー像がありました。
サイズはとりたてて大きくないのですが渋かった。
