勝	勝山芳郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 利根川を挟んで厩橋城の対岸にある石倉城阯です。本丸跡は現在は住宅です。この場所がなぜ城なのかを実感できるのは西の利根川河川敷の自転車道に降りた時です。天然の切岸と利根川の水が鉄壁の城壁になっています。 It is Ishikura Castle on the opposite bank of Maebashi Castle across the Tone River. 萩	萩原喜弘 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前橋の中心地から離れているので、前橋城が建つ前にあったんではないかと疑問を抱きます。利根川に近いため建てるには問題無さそうに思えますが、戦争の時にどうだったかと思います。前橋は戦国時代は武田⋅北条⋅上杉が合戦を繰り広げたと言われます。ただ石倉城の場合は、なかなか歴史に出てこないため実際に歩いてみないことには本当の歴史は語れないと思います。 Because it is far from the center of Maebashi, I wonder if it was before Maebashi Castle was built.
