管理人の対応が最悪。非常に面倒な態度な上に石井ダムのカードに関しても全く説明もしなかった。
ダムは悪くないが神戸のダムカード難関として言われる理由はここにもあるような気がする。

Correspondence of manager is the worst. He was very annoying and didn't explain Ishii Dam cards at all.
The dam isn't bad, but I think there's a reason why it's called Kobe's dam card challenge.

上流側からアクセスしました。
徒歩20分ほど。
地元の方もお散歩してるようです。
車が走ってないので静かです。
ダムサイトからは海まで見えますね。
Access on foot.
Accessed from upstream.
About 20 minutes on foot.
Local people seem to take a walk.
It is quiet because the car is not running.
You can see the sea from the dam site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 分かりにくい場所で、電話で聞くと、面倒くさそうに言われ、迷いに迷って、やっと見つけ、そこから20分近く歩いて、必死でたどり着いてダムカードを貰う時も思いっきり嫌な顔をされ、凄く怖かったです。あんなに愛想の悪いダム管理事務所の人は初めてです。他のダム管理事務所の人は良い人が多いのに…何時間もかけて行って嫌な思いをしながら帰りました……

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車で近くまで行くことは出来ないのでウォーキングを楽しみつつ訪問できます。
ダムカードは平日のみの配布ですが返信用の封筒などを残していけば送って頂けました。
You can't go near by car, so you can enjoy walking while visiting.
The dam card is distributed only on weekdays, but if you leave an envelope for reply, you can send it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダムカードをいただくのに行きましたが…片道徒歩で20分管理棟付近には自販機等無いので水分補給は必ず持参して下さい。
今までで訪れたダムの中で、アクセスの悪さが最悪。ここまで車やバイクを拒絶する必要があるのか疑問。写真のフェンス迄たどり着くのも難儀な場所。もう少し市民に寄り添う管理をするべき。近くの天王ダムのカードもここで貰えますが、天王ダムの写真が必要です。ツーリング目的なら辞めた方がよい。ダムカード目的なら先に天王ダムへ行ってから、水持参で‼️(言っておきますが、私の天王ダムの写真をつかわないように?)

鈴蘭台駅〜神鉄車庫〜舗装路を通って行くことが出来ます。
途中からは徒歩になります。
周辺はランナーや登山客が居ます。
案内板には市民の憩いの場と書いてあったが、それは昔の話なのかな…

It will be a walk from the middle.
There are runners and climbers in the area.
The information board said that it was a place for citizens to relax, but I wonder if that was an old story ...

平日10〜20回は石井ダムを通って馴染みになってるし、せっかくなので。
入口にインターフォンがあるけど、鳴らしても反応なかったので電話をかけるとすぐ出てこられました(*･ω･)ﾉ
ダムカードの他に、石井ダムと天王ダムのパンフレットが置いてあります。天王ダムを訪れた写真などがあれば天王ダムのダムカードもここで貰えるようです

I've become familiar with it through the Ishii Dam 10 to 20 times on weekdays, so it's a big deal.
There is an intercom at the entrance, but it didn't respond when I rang it, so when I called, it came out immediately (* ・ ω ・) ﾉ
