★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大阪湾の人工島夢洲にあり、いまだ埋め立て工事中ですので、
フェンスの向こう側ですが、釣りの瀬渡し船が周囲の岸壁に
何人も渡しています。
ただし、接近は出来ても公開は有りません。
塔高50mは出雲日御碕灯台の43.65 mを抜き日本一の高さ。
埋め立て地ゆえに地盤が弱いのか、なぜか陸側に1～2度傾いています。
傾いているのを実感するには夢洲からではなく、
海を挟んだ南港エリアからがお勧めです。

Many people are passing.
However, there is no disclosure even if you can approach.
The tower height of 50m is the highest in Japan, surpassing 43.65m of the Izumo Hinomitake Lighthouse.
It is tilted 1-2 degrees to the land side for some reason why the ground is weak because of the landfill.
It ’s not from Yumeshima to feel that it ’s leaning.
It is recommended from the Nanko area across the sea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2004年12月に訪れました。夢舞大橋は「一般車進入禁止」と書いてあったような気がしましたが、誰もいないし車も走ってないので、見なかったことにして突入します。橋の上からは殺伐とした埋立地の先端に立つ灰色の塔が見えました。夢洲は倉庫のような建物が幾つかあるだけで、道は行き止まりでフェンスに囲まれています。そしたら工事車両のゲートから来た警備のオッサンが「一般人は入れないよ」と言うので、写真だけ撮ってスゴスゴと引き返すのでした。
I visited in December 2004. I felt that Yumemai Ohashi was written as "general cars are not allowed to enter", but since there is no one and no cars are running, I decided not to see it and rushed in. From the top of the bridge, I saw a gray tower at the tip of the slaughtered landfill. Yumeshima has only a few warehouse-like buildings, and the road is dead-end and fenced. Then, the security man who came from the gate of the construction vehicle said, "The general public can't enter," so I just took a picture and turned back.
