S	Shuhei Ono on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鍋焼きうどんを頂きました。つゆがいいお味で大変美味しくいただきました。一緒に頂いた、まいたけのてんぷら、味噌こんにゃくも非常に美味しかったです。みそこんにゃくは三本セットでちょっと頼みすぎたかなと思いましたが、非常にやわらかくてあっという間にたいあげることができました。こちらの方に来る際にはまた利用したいと思います。 We had Nabeyaki udon. 横	横蛸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「高野長英そば」1,000円とは、飢饉の際の食糧として重宝する、そばとじゃがいもを組み合わせたもの。これが実に美しい❗ 中之条市街地の街歩きの途中、いつもなら地元の美味しいラーメン屋が定番なのだが、今回は休みの店が多く、ラーメン屋は見つからなかった。伊勢町商店街を歩いていて、友人がここにしようと、「かよう亭」ののれんをくぐる。メニューや壁貼りを見て、私が「高野長英そば」を友人は「天もりそば」と「まいたけの天ぷら」をオーダーした。 13:30を過ぎていたこともあり、他の客はいないのに、注文してからなかなか料理が出てこない。１０分以上して出て来たのが、写真の３品。そばがいくらでも吸い込まれていく。じゃがいものさつま揚げ？がアクセントとなり、食が進む。また、まいたけの天ぷらは、揚げ油が上質なようで胃もたれはしない。気づくと、ほんの数分で平らげていた。デザート？にみそおでん。これまたたまらん。こんにゃくがくずきりの固さで、味噌もいい。これもあっという間だった。 "Takano Choei Soba" 1,000 yen is a combination of soba and potatoes, which is useful as food during famine.
