職業訓練（ハローワークの関与はなさそう）と教室的なものと、貸館をしているようである。
緊急事態宣言発令中は、職業訓練以外はやってなさそう。
駅は急行が止まる大久保駅でなく伊勢田駅の方がずいぶん近い。
 The facility should be managed by Uji City. On the first floor is the secretariat of the local tax organization, which is a joint organization of municipalities.
It seems that they are renting vocational training (Hello Work is unlikely to be involved) and classroom-like ones.

The station is much closer to Iseda station than Okubo station where the express stops.
