星1つもつけたくないほど最悪でした。同じ被害に合う方が出ないことを祈ります。・ネイリーからの予約で、何のメッセージも、こちらへの確認もなく、予約時間変更(30分早められた)され、〇〇時に来店お願いしますとメッセージ・全ての施術が完了してから、ネイリーに記載のない料金(540円)請求(ネイリー経由でなく、その場で直接支払わされた) ・またその料金の説明も納得できるものでなかった(手数料とのことでしたが何の手数料か不明) ・施術中にかかってきた自宅への宅急便の配達の件で、目の前で電話に出られ5分程放置・仕上がりが全ての指に複数の気泡か埃が入っている・お直しの連絡をした際に謝罪の言葉もなく「あくまで埃や気泡を抜くだけでデザインの変更はできませんから！」と威圧的に返される・お直しの際も、埃が入っている所を指し示しても、「どこですか？入ってますか？見えません」と何度も何度も返され全てのお直しは諦めました… いくら安くても二度と利用したくないです!!

I pray that no one will suffer the same damage. ・ When I made a reservation from Nary, the reservation time was changed (30 minutes earlier) without any message or confirmation, and I asked you to come to the store at 0:00. ・ After all treatments are completed, a fee (540 yen) not stated in Nary is charged (paid directly on the spot, not via Nary) ・ Also, the explanation of the fee was not convincing (it was said that it was a fee, but it is unknown what the fee is). ・ Regarding the delivery of Takkyubin to my home during the procedure, I was answered in front of my eyes and left for about 5 minutes. ・ The finish is that all fingers have multiple bubbles or dust. ・ When I contacted you to fix it, there was no word of apology and it was intimidatingly returned as "I can not change the design just by removing dust and air bubbles!" ・ When I repaired it, even if I pointed to a place with dust, I was told "Where is it? Is it in? I can't see it" over and over again and gave up all the repairs ... No matter how cheap it is, I don't want to use it again !!
