チャーシューメンと中華そば頼みました。細麺ですが、スープとマッチングしてます❗️チャーシューも柔らかくてうまい❗️脂身さらっと溶けます❗️大変美味しかったです。ごちそうさまです❗️

ラーメン激戦区の鶴岡で個人的に鶴岡を代表してもおかしくないラーメンだと思います。
顎だしスープかなぁ…⁈麺とスープが絡み合いチャーシューも柔らかく客層も子供からジジﾊﾞﾊﾞまで！
チャーシュー麺は限定10食らしく未だ食べた事無し?
今回も中華そばを頼みました。
鶴岡に来た方はぜひ一度食べでみでぐれの?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の12時過ぎの訪問です。駐車場はほぼ満車でしたが、帰るお客さんも居てスムーズに駐車出来ました。中は随分広く、お客さんは40人程度と多かったのですが、空きテーブルがありすぐ座れました。待つ事約10分、中華が運ばれて来て、人数の割には待ち時間は短く感じました。いわゆる支那そばですね。味ですか？ 美味しいですよ♪

The inside was quite large, and there were many customers, about 40 people, but there was an empty table and I could sit down immediately. 駐車場は残り数台。カウンター席にも座れましたが、着丼まで約30分。
これぞ中華そばって感じでとても体に優しそうな超あっさりスープ。
中華そば中盛りですが、かなり多いです。
大盛りにしなくて良かった。
個人的に、スープがもう少し濃い方がいいな。
ジャンボラーメンと中華そばの大盛りが10円しか違わないのが気になった。

入ってみれば中華そば屋さん。
良き昭和と平成が混ざりあったような、
不思議で、それがまた良いと思えるお店です。
·お蕎麦もありますが、基本は中華そば屋さん
·お店に入ったらまず自分の席を決めて何かを置く。テーブル番号を見ておく。
·お店奥のカウンター上にあるメニューを見て、カウンター内の人に素早くオーダーする。この時お金も前払い。できれば現金で。
·おしぼりと湯呑み茶碗はそのカウンター下にあるのでセルフで取る。お水は隣にコップがある。
·お茶又はお水を呑みつつ食べ物の到着を待つ。
·お店はその日全員女性の従業員のみ。
快活で良く通る丁寧な応対で素晴らしい!!
·トイレの入り口は自動ドア。中で男女に別れていて、そこは手動ドア。
今回は五目中華と小ライスを注文しました。
塩味で餡ではない五目そばです。
麺が白く細く縮れていて、
味も懐かしい昔風に感じました。
システムに慣れればなんてことないのですが、
初めての方は少し戸惑うかも。
また行きたい味と人でした。
