シャキッとした細身の麺に、甘さが強めのスープでスルスルっと美味しくいただけました。
コスパが非常に良く感じます。
お店の方の対応も良く居心地が良いお店でした。

麺は柔らかめの茹で加減でした。
具の野菜は適量、肉は少なめ。
刻みネギはシャキシャキ感があって良かったです。
スープは塩味だが大陸系中華の独特な味わいに仕上げられる。
油分は少なめであっさりしてました。
接客は普通。
店内は広めなので寛げました。
やはり、単品よりサービス定食が良さそうですね～

The noodles were softly boiled.
