★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここに通ってる数年の間に診断名６回くらい変わった。何度も違う薬を飲むハメになり何回か意識を失った。薬のことや病気のことを聞くとよくキレられる。障害者手帳を出してくれると聞いていたが、出してもらえなかった。ちなみに紹介状も書いてくれないので転院もできないですよ。

場所は雄踏街道沿いにあり、基本予約専門外来になり、営業日、時間は火曜から土曜日の9時から12時までと15時から18時まで（但し、水曜日は午前のみになります）。休日は日曜、月曜日になります。
駐車場はクリニック前と、横に10台位あります。
