★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の対応は良かったが、主治医(男)がダメダメ。声がデカすぎて外に個人情報だだ漏れ。初診の診断結果は曖昧でお金取られただけだった。寄り添う感じや冷静に分析するタイプではなく、根拠はないけど大丈夫だよガハハ体育系。一昔前の医者って感じ。タイプが合わないと厳しいかも。

他の心療内科へ受診し、大変よくなりました。

入室してから退室するまで1度も目が合いませんでした。
ずっとパソコン画面を見ながらの会話で、
こちらの話を聞く気がないかのようでした。
ずっと早口でベラベラと。
この男性医師は目の前の患者をどんな心理で"片付けよう"としてるんだろう。って疑問だけが残りました。
隣にいた女性の方はちゃんと目を見て話してくれるんですが…。

主治医、とにかく声がでかいし
患者が喋っているのにそれを遮断してまで自分の意見を貫き通す。患者の考えなんて1割も意見に取り入れないような主治医。
隣に座ってる看護師は割と耳は傾けてくれるが基本それなりの言葉を並べて主治医と同じ意見にする。
薬をすぐ変えようとしてくるし、
診療報酬目的なのがバレバレ。
処方された薬を飲んだら副作用があったので、
この薬は辞めたいと言ったところ
「先入観ですよ、この薬にそういう副作用はありません」と。
納得があまりいかないまま終わったので、
後々薬剤師に聞いたら「この薬はそういう副作用ありますね」とのこと。
薬のことを把握していないのがまずありえないし、「そんなに副作用が強いなら半分に割って見たらいかがです？」と言われたが、いや錠剤の意味。そして残り半分はどう保存するんだ？薬剤師も話を聞いて引いていた。ありえない。
患者を本気で治そうという気が全く見えないし、患者を下に見ているような発言がとても多い。

まず、主治医の先生と隣にいる女性の方(看護師さん？)は良く話を聞いてくれます。初診の際は勿論、再診の時もです。他の病院だと聞いてくれないこともザラなので。ただ、主治医の先生は早口なので何を言っているのか分からない時もありますが慣れのような気もします。女性の方がいない場合もあるので、その時はちょっと苦しいです。他のレビューにもある通り主治医の先生の声が大きく待合の場所で若干声が聞こえますが、耳を済まさないと何をお話されているかは分かりません。看護師さんのお言葉は優しいのでどんな症状が出たとか気軽に相談できると感じています。
待ち時間についてですが、心療内科なら待つのが普通のような気がします。それぞれの相談内容にもよりますし時間が押してしまったりすることはこちら側も許容すべき範囲だと思えるので個人的には気にならないです。大体15〜30分程度に感じています。
病院は全体的に静かで小さなお子さんもほぼ見掛けないので騒がしいことはありません。狭くもないのでゆとりがあります。他の患者さんとスペースをとって座れるのでこのご時世でも安心です。
また、昔は隣接した薬局がありましたが無くなってしまったので別の薬局まで行かないといけないのは不便に思います。
あくまでも一個人のレビューに過ぎないので、決して鵜呑みにはしないでください。
繰り返しますが相性があるので。
ご自身で行ってみて、しっかりと考えてみてください。
