今年もお正月の花びら餅をいただきました。
あまり和菓子の事を知らない家人も「イマイチ」という反応(他の種類も含めて数年前から私も同感)。
ﾎｰﾑﾍﾟｰｼﾞでは随分ｳﾝﾁｸを述べられていますが、継続は力なり。今一度お勉強し直していただきたい。
一度離れたお客は、なかなか戻りませんよ
