★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iPhoneの専門店と謳っているのに コントロールセンターの出し方も知らない店員がおり、デジタイザーを純正と同等品と交換しているのにも関わらず 誤作動やタッチ不良、終いには 再起動すらも出来なくなる不良品と交換される始末で、２回も片道188キロかけて 行っているのにも関わらず 予約してから来店して下さいと言われ、電話でクレームを伝えた際、直接本部に連絡して下さいと言われました。
本部に連絡したら ハードの不良ではなくソフトの不具合ではないかと対応していただき 電話のみで解決しました。
何のためにデジタイザーを13800円も出し 交換したのか分からない感じになり 思わず iPhoneを地面に叩きつけそうになりました。〔笑〕

When I contacted the headquarters, I was told that it was not a hardware defect but a software defect, and I solved it by phone only.
I didn't know why I exchanged the digitizer for 13,800 yen, and I almost hit the iPhone on the ground. 〔Lol〕

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前回修理させて貰った際液晶パネルの初期不良に当り交換直後の動作立ち会い時に液晶の不具合発生。お客様に渡す前に動作確認もせず引き渡しも行うのでしょうか？
再度その場で指摘しパネル交換を行って貰いましたが5ヶ月後再度不具合が発生しバックライト切れが発生しました。
総務省登録部品とありますがここまで外れの多い部品を使用しているとはどういう事なのでしょうか？
保証期間内の為持ち込みした所保証対象外とのことでした。
理由は画面に圧迫跡有りとの事でしたがバックライトにムラが有る状態で圧迫跡の判定が正常に出来るとは思いません。
正直まともな業者だと思っていましたがここまで酷いとは思いませんでした。残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iPhoneXSの画面割れ修理とバッテリー交換をしてもらいましたが、その場の動作確認では問題ないものの帰宅してから今まで発生したことが無い誤動作が頻発。
画面上部に常にタップ判定があるようで、ブラウザ回覧していても最上部に戻される、youtubeを横画面で見ていると何操作せずとも15秒巻き戻しされる、タップしてセリフを読み進めるゲーム等ではプレイ不可能といった状態になりました。
修理時の不具合かと思い再来店した際は、修理には問題なく、タッチ基盤の異常と思われるので再修理で治る可能性は低く、タッチ基盤の異常の場合は対応不可能とのこと。その上３時間待ちというので無意味かなと思い再修理はお願いせず、iPhoneの買い替えを検討しています。
安い上非正規サービスということで品質には期待せず動けばいいかなくらいに思っていましたが、2万円払った上に悪化するとは流石に思ってませんでした。
お店の対応の問題というよりは、非正規修理というサービスがそもそも成立していないなーという感想です。
修理を検討されている方へ、非常にオススメしません。
iPhoneは高いですが、高いなりの理由があると強く感じました。

Besides, I'm waiting for 3 hours, so I think it's meaningless, so I'm considering replacing the iPhone without asking for repair.
Since it is a cheap and non-regular service, I thought that I should move without expecting quality, but I did not think that it would worsen after paying 20,000 yen.
Rather than the problem of the store's response, I have the impression that the service of non-regular repair has not been established in the first place.
We do not highly recommend it to those who are considering repairs.
The iPhone is expensive, but I strongly felt that there was a reason for it to be expensive.
