カテゴリー毎に、分かりやすく区切られており、解説付き。
無いCDは、聞いてみると、お取り寄せしてくれたり、発売前だと予約してくれます。
なんと言ってもオススメスポットは、HMVミュージアム!
いろんなアーティストの資料やメッセージPV、アニメの特集と、次から次へと催事が変わります!
あとは、4階にテラスガーデン。ここでタバコが吸える場所があり、中はゲーセン。
そして、有名なアニメイトがテナントで入っている、知る人ぞ知るアニメの聖地!!
他にも面白いお店、百均のセリア等があります。
一言では言い表せない、仙台の名所のは1つです!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２０２１年２月１２日に居たおかっぱオバサン店員が最低最悪。星一つも付けたくない。ソイツと話したくないから他の店員に話しかけてんのにいちいち出しゃばって来るし偉そうにしてんじゃねーよ。お前は偉いのか？別に間違った事言ってねーしこっちは低姿勢なのに客に対してブチギレw接客一から学び直せよ。客はてめーのストレスの捌け口じゃねーんだぞ。マジで最悪、こんなに酷い店は初めてだわ。あり得なさ過ぎて上司呼び出すレベル。

CDや映像作品は実店舗ではなくオンラインでよく購入しています。
売り場スペースの印象は可もなく不可もなくですが、展示スペースのこれからの活用方法に期待しています。
