★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iPad第8世代の画面割れの修理をお願いしました。ここ以外のお店には第8世代の修理を断られましたが（修理が難しい為）ここは快く引き受けてくれ、また仕上がりも満足のいくレベルです。店員は外国人の方ですが、コミュニケーションに問題はなく、腕もいい気がします。
 I asked you to repair the screen crack of the iPad 8th generation. Shops other than this one refused to repair the 8th generation (because it is difficult to repair), but they are willing to accept it, and the finish is at a satisfactory level. The clerk is a foreigner, but I have no problem communicating and I feel that my skill is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日はとてもお世話になりました。水没でMacbook Proの修理が出来るお店を探し、他のユーザー様からの評価も高かったため、こちらに足を運びました。事前の予約方法から、お店での対応も懇切丁寧にして頂きました。正規店以外に、日本人で運営されている修理屋ではほとんど断られていた事もあり、細かく対応して頂いた時は、胸が救われる思いでした。フィリピンの方が経営されていますが、タガログ語はもちろん、日本語や英語も流暢なオーナーさんでしたので、Apple関連の相談は今後こちらでさせて頂こうと思います。

From the reservation method in advance, the correspondence at the shop was also polite. In addition to the regular stores, most of the repair shops operated by Japanese people refused, so when I received detailed support, I thought that my heart would be saved. The owner is fluent in Japanese and English as well as Tagalog, although he is run by the Philippines, so I would like to consult with you about Apple in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅で使っているパソコンを誤って踏んでしまい、液晶が半分見えなくなり再起動を試しても直らなかったので相談したところ、やはり液晶の交換が必要だと言われ自分で液晶を買って交換だけ頼んだ方が安くなるよと言われたので液晶をネットで買って交換をお願いしました。その日のうちに1時間位で対応頂けたのでとても助かりました！
I accidentally stepped on the computer I was using at home, and I couldn't see half of the LCD, and even if I tried restarting it, I couldn't fix it. I was told that it would be cheaper to ask, so I bought the LCD online and asked for a replacement. It was very helpful because I was able to respond in about an hour on that day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ipadのタッチパネルが反応せず、自分で調べた再起動方法では直せなかったので、液晶交換覚悟で店員に渡してみたら、「とりあえず再起動してみてもいい？」と聞かれ、どうせダメだろうなと思ったら直りました…（原因はアプリの多重起動や容量不足によりメモリ不足でした）
その場で自分はあっけにとられ、この店に持ってく前に見せた某ト〇ッサの修理員は再起動も試さず、すぐPCで調べて液晶の交換費用だけ伝えられたので、こちらの店員は本当にプロなんだなと感じました。
簡単に直ったとはいえ、本来なら依頼料として３千円払わないといけないはずだったのですが、店員の方は笑顔で無料にしてくれました。（持ち上げでもなんでもなく、本当に無料対応してくださりました）
今後はスマホやタブレットの修理等は全てこちらの店に任せたいと思いました。

I was taken aback on the spot, and the repairman of a certain Tossa who showed me before bringing it to this store did not try restarting, I immediately checked it on the PC and was told only the replacement cost of the LCD, so here I felt that the clerk was really professional.
Although it was easy to fix, I should have paid 3,000 yen as a request fee, but the clerk smiled and made it free. (It wasn't a lift, it was really free.)
In the future, I would like to leave all the repairs for smartphones and tablets to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 彼が携帯を落とし、画面はバキバキ、起動はするが操作できない状態になってしまいました。ショップでは家族しか対応してもらえず代理人は無理。Appleではデータは戻ってこないと言われ、バックアップも取っていない状態でした。そこで調べたらココのショップが出てきました。最初、外国の方がやっているとのことで信用できるのかな？データとか壊れたり盗られたりしないかな？とか色々不安がありましたが、クチコミを見たらとても良さそう！電話をしたらしっかり日本語も通じました。データはしっかりと元通り。画面も綺麗に治り、何かと繋げてる様子もなくデータが盗られる心配も一切無し。とてもスムーズで15分くらいで終わっちゃいました！すっごく助かりました。しかもWeb予約で3000円off。Appleの保証は今後使えなくなるよ、と言われましたが、私の意見としては保証に入っているのに直せないのなら保証いらないかなぁと思い、大丈夫です！と即決。
また壊れたら是非お願いしたいと思います！

The screen has healed cleanly, there is no sign of being connected to anything, and there is no worry about data being stolen. It was so smooth that it took about 15 minutes! It was a great help. Moreover, 3000 yen off with online reservation. I was told that Apple's warranty will no longer be available, but in my opinion, if it's covered but can't be fixed, I don't need a warranty, so it's okay! Prompt decision.
