M	Miyaji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iPhoneの画面修理をしてもらい2ヶ月ほど経った時にFace IDが使えなくなり、よく見たら本体のインカメ付近の画面がパカパカ浮いていたのでそのせいだろうと思い保証期間だったので再度修理をお願いしたところ、画面を直したけどFace IDは直らないと言われどうすればいいのか聞いたところ機種変更かAppleに直接修理して欲しいと言われました。そもそも画面が浮くような修理をしてFace IDが壊れたけど直せないからこっちが機種変更しろって意味がわからない仕事として金もらってやってそんなお粗末な修理しか出来ないなら会社としてやらない方がいいレベルですよね？使い方にもよって剥がれたりする時もみたいな事言われたんですけど、逆にどんな使い方すれば画面がはがれんの？じゃあこの画面が剥がれてるのは俺のせいなの?って聞いたらiPhoneの機種によって画面を接着するシールとの相性があってそれが良く無かったんだと思います、って言われたんですけどなら最初から俺のせい的な事言うな、相性悪い機種の修理しないようにするか説明して欲しかったよねこっちのせいにしようとしたのもムカつくし店の不手際で何故俺が機種変更しなきゃならないのか納得できないよね腹立ってしょうがない機種はiPhone Xです今後画面が壊れたらApple Storeかキタムラに出すことにしました After about 2 months after having the iPhone screen repaired, Face ID became unusable, and when I looked closely, the screen near the in-camera of the main unit was floating, so I thought it was because of that, so I asked for repair again. 佐	佐々 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3DSを修理していただきました。対応していただいたのが女性の方だったのですが、お渡しした際症状を伝えると、3パターンの故障の可能性について値段とともに説明していただけました。 2日後に修理が終わったと連絡がきて、故障箇所と値段について、そして上画面の両端についているゴム(？)の部分に傷がついてしまったと言われました。プレイに支障はありません。実際受け取りに行ったときもどこが故障していたのかの説明や保証書についてなど、最後まで丁寧な印象でした。ですが一か所だけ、上の画面の真下のところに謎の茶色のカピカピしたものが、本当に少しですがついていました。修理の際についたものかと思いますが、自分はあまり気になりませんでしたが書いておきます。とても助かりました。また何かあればお願いしたいです。ありがとうございました。 I had you repair 3DS. I went to Smapple to fix my screen and they did it extremely effficiently and so cheap! Would recommend to other English Speaking tourists that need a phone fix in Sendai.

Not only did the awesome guy figure out my charging port was the issue, but they had it fixed in less than two hours for cheaper than I had been quoted at the first place! Highly recommend; the communication was easy even with limited Japanese on my end. Thank you guys so much!!!
