★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 両隣の千葉ニュータウン中央、印旛日本医大と違い、アクセス特急が停まらないのが痛いが、駅周辺は商業施設が整っており、便利。
とくにジョイフル本田の存在は大きく、この辺りの住民のステータスと言えるのかもしれない。
平日朝は、普通列車のみだが一部、都区内方面へ始発電車の設定がある。着席しての通勤が可能。
比較的最近、ビジネスホテルのAPAがロータリーに面して開業しているが、フランチャイズらしい。
しかし……誰がここに建てるようアドバイスしたのか知らないが、早まったことをしたと思う。
北総鉄道、すなわちスカイアクセスの駅前に開業した以上、来日客を見込んでのことだろうが、アクセス特急が停まらないのは致命傷だ。
東横インやROUTE INN、ホテルマークワンに決定的な後れをとってしまったろう。
