★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 犬山の城下町にある昭和横丁、そこに入っている牛タンとバナナジュースのお店「マジパン」、平日の午後に利用してみました。
コチラで販売しているのは牛タン串、牛タンつくね、牛タンフランクといった牛タン料理に牛串、牛ホルモン串、肉巻きおにぎりといった軽食、それにバナナジュースなど。以前はパンケーキのお店だったようですがそれはなかったので業態変更したんですかね。
その中から特選の牛タンをネギたん、トリュフ塩、ゆずわさびの３種類の味付けで楽しめる特選牛タン皿３種盛りをいただきました。
牛タンは普通に悪くないですが特選とはさすがに盛り過ぎかなってレベル、でもしっかりした味付けはビールとの相性もバッチリで美味しくはいただけました。

We had 3 kinds of special beef tongue dishes that you can enjoy with 3 kinds of seasoning of special beef tongue, green onion, truffle salt, and yuzu wasabi.
Beef tongue is usually not bad, but it's a level that is too much to be selected, but the solid seasoning goes well with beer and it was delicious.
