After using them for years, they started sending emails from a generic email address with no name or contact person. They requested all customers from the Meguro office to change to the Toranomon office. They only gave only 14 days of notice and then after 14 days said they're canceling all contracts. Again all of this correspondence was done anonymously using a generic email address in an aggressive and cowardly manner. Please note, the last 2 years I have lived abroad and only visited Japan once a year. Before then, I lived in Japan for 20 years and used many different suppliers, offices, and professional service firms. Japan has many other co-working and serviced office spaces these days, don't use Compass unless it's the last option.
