★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 足利銀行をもう使いたくないと思ってた矢先に、心救われるような対応をしていただいて感動しました。こんなに支店によって天と地の差があるとは思いませんでした。
用事を済ませた後だったので時間ギリギリ40分前で受付をしたのですが結局15時を過ぎてしまい、それでも嫌な顔１つせずお見送りまでしていただきました。
前回も新規口座を作る際にこの支店を利用しましたが、優しく丁寧にそして分かりやすく説明をしてくださる印象でした。
家の近くにも別の支店がありますが、こちらにお世話になろうと思いました。

There is another branch near my house, but I thought I would take care of it.
