★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店名はターバンカレーで金沢カレーのお店ですが、金沢に総本店が有るターバンカレーの系列店ではありません。
当初は系列店で本場の金沢カレーを提供していましたが、途中からは店名そのままで長野市他に展開しているガレージという金沢カレー風専門店の姉妹店になり、同店のオリジナルメニューを提供しています。
ルーも独自で作っているようですが、完成度は高く長野県民に合わせてくれています。
トッピングのハンバーグやカツ類も手作りで大きくとても美味しいです、他にもトッピングはヘルシーな野菜もあり豊富です。
食券機がありますが、PayPayも使えます。PayPay払い希望の場合は席に着いてから店員さんに注文して先払いです。
カウンター席もテーブル席も十分有り、雰囲気もよい感じです。
駐車場も共用で広いです。
