k	kozu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/3 とんかつ処　銭形建物が特徴的なお店。いつもそれなりにお客が入っている感じ。数量限定で特別価格のサーロイン牛カツ定食と共にトッピングでガーリックデミソースを注文。肉はサーロインだけあって柔らかく脂もある。肉の火の通り加減もちょうどいい感じ。他のお客さんは滅多に気が付かないレベルだけど衣の油の切れが若干悪いかな。まぁ、サクッとはしているけどね。ガーリックデミソース、「トッピングはいかがですか？」とわざわざ書いてあったので牛カツとの相性が良いのかと思ったら全然合わない。絶望的に合わない。普通のソースの方が全然良いレベル。というか塩で食べたかった。この牛カツには塩がベストだと思うのだけど置いてないんだよね。付け合わせのキャベツも良くなかったな。瑞々しさがなくてモソモソしてる。味噌汁は単調な味。ご飯はそれなりかな。店内の清潔感は良いと思う…細かい所までは見てないけど。接客は可も無く不可も無く普通かな。個人的には遠方からわざわざ食べに来るという程ではないかな。まぁ悪くはないとは思うんだけど…ね。 2021/3 Tonkatsu processing A shop with a distinctive building.
