女将さんも感じの良い方です。
食後にサイフォンで淹れてくれるコーヒーをいただけます。
 When I go on a business trip to Innoshima, I always eat here. I love okonomiyaki here!
The landlady is also a nice person.
You can have coffee siphoned after meals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに「また行きたい！」と、切実に思えるお好み焼き屋さんに出会えました。
好きなお好み焼き屋さんの定義として、熱々の鉄板で食べさせて下さることが最低条件な私。
こんなに流行ってて忙しそうなお店なんですから、広々と鉄板使って次々と沢山焼きたいでしょうに、お客さん全員を目の前の鉄板で食べさせてくださるって凄い事ですよね。
お水のコップが大きいのもお客さんを思っての親切でしょうし、これだけ忙しくされてるのに食後に珈琲を淹れてくれたりして…
何より、これだけ行列が出来てるのに、待ち時間がとても短く感じられました。後ろで待っている間に注文を聞いて下さり、焼き上がりと同時くらいに鉄板前の席に案内されます。この流れが実に無駄が無くてスムース。感心しました！
とにかく頭の下がる思いで店を後にしました。お好み焼きの美味しさは言うまでもなく♪素晴らしいお店です！！
For the first time in a while, "I want to go back!", I was able to meet an okonomiyaki restaurant that seems to be desperate.
As the definition of my favorite okonomiyaki restaurant, the minimum requirement is to have it eaten on a hot plate.
It's a shop that seems to be busy like this, so I would like to bake a lot of iron plates in a row, and it's great to have all the customers eat on the iron plate in front of you.
The large cup of water is also kind to the customers, and I'm so busy that I can drink a salmon after a meal ...
Above all, the waiting time seemed to be very short though there were so many queues. While waiting behind you listen to your order and you will be taken to the front seat at the same time as baking. This flow is smooth without any waste. I was impressed!
Anyway, I left the shop with my mind down. Needless to say the taste of okonomiyaki is a great shop ♪! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「いんおこ」を求めて今治からしまなみ海道をロードバイク(自転車)で激走。
オススメの「新天地スペシャル」を注文。
焼上がるまで入口付近で待機。待つこと15分、呼ばれて鉄板に移動。
なんじゃこりゃ～！？すさまじいキャベツとネギの量。ヘラと箸でとにかく口にほうり込む！熱い！
ソウルフードと呼ばれる意味がわかる。
完食。復路の54km、キャベツ達が胃の中で踊っていました(笑)

Order the recommended "New World Special".
Wait near the entrance until it is baked. After waiting for 15 minutes, I was called and moved to the iron plate.
What the hell! ?? A tremendous amount of cabbage and green onions. Just squeeze it into your mouth with a spatula and chopsticks! hot!
You can see the meaning of being called soul food.
Completed meal. 54km on the return trip, cabbage were dancing in the stomach (laughs)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料金はリーズナブル、でも圧倒的に美味しく、ボリューム満点。知らずに麺をダブルにすると大変なことになります。初めて店を訪ねた時、他の店と同じように麺ダブルを注文して完成品を見た瞬間、「えっ！この量は何？」とビックリしたのを思い出します。
The price is reasonable, but it is overwhelmingly delicious and full of volume. If you double the noodles without knowing it, it will be difficult. When I first visited the store, I remember being surprised when I ordered the noodle double and saw the finished product, just like any other store.

大阪人の私としましては、不思議な感じのお好み焼きでした。広島風？味は美味しかったです。
マヨネーズはオプション設定になっており、ソースは自分でかけて食べるスタイルです。味は甘口と辛口とあり、辛口だとピリ辛でアルコールが欲しくなります。
