久しぶりに食べて幸せを感じたケーキでした。
タルト生地はしっとりとしており、生クリームは絶妙な甘さと口当たりの良い感じで
イチゴも妥協してない美味しさでした。
子供の頃感じたケーキを食べた幸せを感じました。
食べログで調べた感じ、老舗の、最近の小奇麗な店舗じゃないようですが、職人さんの気持ち、生き様を感じれますのでぜひ食べて欲しいと感じました。
また近いうちに行きます！
