★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付のお年を召した方の態度が悪い悪すぎる。一度でもマナー講習なるものを受けた事があるのかと思うくらい最悪。町の病院だから親身にと思うけど礼儀は大事です。受付で一緒に働く方が不憫に思った。
 The attitude of the old receptionist is too bad. It's so bad that I think I've taken a manners class even once. It's a hospital in the town, so I think it's kind to me, but courtesy is important. I felt sorry for working together at the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女性の対応が酷かったです。
体調が悪くなり、まず電話で問い合わせをしましたが｢病院を勘違いしていないか。｣と、こちらを馬鹿にするような言い方で笑われました。
実際に受診しましたが、その受付の方は、体調不良の者に対してああしろこうしろと指図する案内のしかたでした。しまいには他の患者さんもいる中で、私の住所や、他に受診している病院・飲んでる薬について、他の人に聞こえるくらいの声でベラベラ喋りだして唖然としました。個人情報の扱いに対する感覚が、昭和の時代で止まっているのかもしれません。非常に不快でした。
会計時には雑談をされ、｢体調悪いから早く帰りたいな。｣と思いました。
診てもらったことで体の不調は改善しましたが、終始嫌な気分を味わいました。あえて選ぶ病院でもないかなと思いました。看護師・先生は、スピーディーで、患者の不安を解消するような対応で良かったです。
The response of the female at the reception was terrible.
When I got sick, I first made an inquiry over the phone, but I was laughed at by making a fool of myself, saying, "Don't you misunderstand the hospital?"
I actually had a medical examination, but the receptionist was instructing people who were in poor physical condition to do something about it. In the end, while there were other patients, I was stunned to start talking about my address, the hospital I was visiting, and the medicines I was taking with a voice that other people could hear. The sense of handling personal information may have stopped in the Showa era. It was very unpleasant.
At the time of accounting, I had a chat and thought, "I'm feeling sick, so I want to go home early."
The medical examination improved my physical condition, but I felt unpleasant from beginning to end. I thought it might be the hospital of choice. It was good that the nurses and teachers responded speedily and relieved the patient's anxiety.
