近隣に競合店が進出してきたが、微妙な棲み分けでなんとかなっている側面があることは否めない。
課題は店舗の老朽化。恐らくバックヤードは相当深刻な状況であろう。地域では大変珍しい平屋建て（さらに、もともと地主の土地を使用しているので相当広大な駐車場も完備している）なだけに、建て替えなど検討されてはいかがだろうか。

The challenge is the aging of stores. Perhaps the backyard is in a serious situation. Since it is a one-story building that is very rare in the area (and since it originally uses the land of the landowner, it also has a fairly large parking lot), why not consider rebuilding it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お金を財布から出してる最中にポイントカードをサッと返してくるなど、少し配慮の足りないベテランのレジ担当さんがいらっしゃるので評価低めとさせていただきます。他には商品の扱いが雑で尚かつガンつけてくる陳列スタッフ等、細かい事を言ったら切りが無いのですが、指摘したところでただのクレーマー扱いされるのが関の山。かれこれ７年ほどのお付き合いなので今後も私自身が大人の対応を心がけたいと思うしだいです。サミットをはじめとするご近所のライバル店に見学に行くのも良いと思いますよ!責任者の方如何でしょうか?
