インフルエンザの予防接種を打ちました。 お値段も他の病院よりも安め。 予約はできないし、雑というか、サバサバした感じというかわからないけど、嫌な人は嫌だろうとおもうような対応ですが、注射の腕は絶品です! 針を刺し瞬間のチクッとした感じはないし、打ち終わっても全く痛みを感じないのがすごいです。 子どもたちも痛くなかったと言っていました。 インフルエンザの予防接種代金 大人→3,000円/1回 子ども→2,000円/1回

朝早くから開院しているのはありがたいです。医師、一人の看護師の態度は高圧的、ぶっきらぼうに感じます。良く言えば、飾らないフランクな対応。インフルエンザ予防接種の時期以外は空いているので、待ち時間は短いです。古くからある町医者という感じです。 子どもの麻しん風疹予防接種をお願いしようと、事前に電話を入れると、電話に出た方が「え、あ、ええと…」と言ったきり放置され、しばらくすると医師の手元の電話に内線がつながれたようで、診察中の声が筒抜け。何も案内がなく5分以上待たされ、「麻しん風疹予防接種は予約が必要と案内があったので電話しました」と伝えると、医師が「いつでも来ていいよ」。 翌朝訪ねると、看護師に「事前に電話で予約してもらわないと、ワクチンの用意ができません」と叱られた。日を改めて、ワクチンがいつ入荷されるか問い合わせると、「今日はワクチン入荷担当者がいないので明日また電話してください」。翌日に電話すると、「明後日には入荷されます。新型コロナの影響で予約しても来ない患者さんがけっこういて、国に叱られるから必ず来てください」と強く念押しされ、明後日に来院すると、「まだワクチンは来ていません。来院する前に必ず電話を入れてください」と再度お叱り(事前にそのようなことは聞いていない)。 さすがに対応がまずかったと思ったのか、ワクチンが入荷されたときにその看護師から電話が入り、すぐに駆けつけて接種へ。子どもが注射を怖がって逃げようとするので、看護師と私で押さえ込んでいると、医師が「動くと針が折れて、他の病院で手術して、大きく切って針を取り出すことになるぞ!」と叱ったため、子どもが怯えてますます逃げようとする。「後日インフルエンザの予防接種を当院で受けますか?」と看護師に聞かれ、そのつもりだと答えると、「今回のように子どもが動くようなら、その場で即接種不可と判断してお帰りいただきます」ときつく言われました。 受付、医師、ワクチン担当者、看護師の連携がなっておらず、内線電話で診察中の声が筒抜け、医療ミスを起こすのではないか、個人情報を大切にしていないのではないか、怖がる子どもを脅してより怖がらせて、子どもが更にもがいた責任を全面的にこちらに押し付けるのはどうかと不信感を強くし、もう二度と来院しないと心に決めました。 他院でインフルエンザ予防接種を受けたら、子どもが動かないよう看護師を3人配置、そこの医師は子どもに他愛ない質問をして、子どもがふと考えた隙に接種、「ほら、あっという間に終わった。大丈夫でしょ?」と優しく接してくださり、他院にして良かったと思いました。
