★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 両親がお世話になっておりました。受診のたびに毎回同じことを不安である、と訴える高齢患者に対し、ありがちな「前回も言ったとおり」といったようなイライラを感じさせるような対応は一切ありません。
毎回丁寧に、心配ない旨説明して下さいます。
声が待合室に聞こえる、というコメントありましたけれど、患者が高齢で耳が遠い場合は、先生に大きな声でお話ししてもらわないと聞こえませんから、仕方ないですよね。
私の親にとっては、逆に、「聞き取りやすい」と好評です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方もおっしゃっていますが、受付の電話対応が酷いです。病気で苦しんでいる人に対する思いやりは一切感じられません。話しているうちに、血圧が上がり気分が悪くなっていきました。心臓のためにも気の弱い方は行かないほうが賢明です。
As other people have said, the telephone response at the reception is terrible. I don't feel any compassion for those who are suffering from illness. As I was talking, my blood pressure rose and I felt sick. It is wise not to go if you are weak for the sake of your heart.
