J	Jules Winnfield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 煮干しつけめん920円税込(大盛り100円)とペッパーガーリック肉ライス200円を頂きました。いつかは来てみたかったこのお店。お店の前で店員さんがオーダーを聞きに来るまでは入店は出来ないシステムのようです。(食券制ではない)外にメニューが置かれており、何を頼むか考えていると間もなく店員さんが来てオーダーを聞かれ、呼び出しベルを渡され車に戻って待機。5分程でベルが鳴るも、止めるスイッチはなく、勝手に止まるまで鳴りっぱなしでちょっとうるさい。肝心のつけめんですが、鶏白湯がベースで甘みがかなり強く感じられますが、優しい甘さでドロドロ系なところもベジポタっぽい。そこに煮干し油の風味が奥の方から香ってきてうんまいぞぉぉぉ！これは！バランスのいいつけ汁です。参りました。麺は角張った太麺で、つけめん頼むとよく出てくるタイプ。まぁ好きなんですけどね。大盛りだけどスルスルいけました。 I received 920 yen including tax for dried sardines (100 yen for a large serving) and 200 yen for pepper garlic meat rice. 糸	糸賀健太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一度目は久喜で二度目は本店にお邪魔しました。水曜日は定休日だったのですが、本店は営業しているとTwitterで見かけたので行ってみたら賑わっておりました。 12時過ぎに店の外に二組並んでおり、注文を受けたらひとまずブザーをもらって車内で待機する仕組みだったので待つのも楽でした。注文したのは塩つけめんの特のせです。味はほんとにおいしいです！遠出してでも食べたいお店です。また食べに行きます！ごちそうさまでした。 The first time was Kuki and the second time I visited the main store. 峰	峰岸信也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店の11時半に行って10人並んでる。着席は直ぐできたけど着丼20分待ち。人気ぶりが窺え。生姜ニンニクラーメン。他では生姜とニンニクは相性悪いと区別されてるのが上手い事ミックスされてる。細麺を柔らかくで頼んだのでスープによく絡んでズルズル。大盛りで頼みゃよかったかな。ただね、店員さん６人もいて皆さんキビキビ動いてて好感持てたけど、新人さんのミスを客の前で叱ったらいかんよ。理由があるにせよ退くよ。それだけだなぁ。すごく惜しい。移転して駐車場広くなってすごく良くなってるだけに。 We went to the store at 11:30 and lined up with 10 people. 高	高橋まる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 春日部から35分ぐらいで到着で初訪問。夜の19時に訪問。少し外待ち、5分ぐらいかな。生姜にんにくラーメン醬油750円と特のせ300円。スープの出汁と塩味の塩梅は完璧。生姜が強めでニンニクの風味があり、とても美味しかった。麺は中細ストレートの硬めで好み、欲言えば全粒粉だと。チャーシューは、鶏はしっとり、豚はプルッとしていて良かった。つい最近、坂東市の　論呂に不二　にも行き、春日部からこんなに近くに、いい店があるとは。茨城県のレベルは相当高い。 First visit on arrival in about 35 minutes from Kasukabe.
