★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ぎっくり腰で急遽お願いしました。痛くてどうしようもない位でしたが、終わった頃には微かに痛みがあるかな…ないかな位で、次の日の仕事のときには、すっかり忘れてました。すごく勉強されてるなと言う印象でお話も面白く、今後の生活でのアドバイスも頂きましたので、参考にしていこうと思います。身体のメンテナンスには、かなりオススメです。
I asked for it in a hurry with a tight back. It was so painful that I couldn't help it, but by the time it was over, I wondered if there was a slight pain ... I wondered if I had forgotten it when I was working the next day. 整体は初めてでしたが、ビックリしました。
体動かない箇所、痛い箇所が原因部分にアプローチするだけですっと消えて行きました。
治療後のセルフケアについても指導して貰えるので、
継続して体を良くしたいと思いました。
I used it for the first time when I was on a business trip to Osaka.
It was my first time to do manipulative treatment, but I was surprised.
The part that doesn't move or the part that hurts disappears just by approaching the cause.
You will also be taught about self-care after treatment, so
I wanted to continue to improve my body.
