★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5時半までの受付で6時までの診療時間。膀胱の調子が悪く急遽お薬を貰いに行きたく、5時半に間に合わないかもしれないため、お薬だけ貰えないかと相談するために、5時半ギリギリに電話を入れました。無理ですと冷たい感じで言われました。もう少し親切な言い方で言ってくれてもいいのかなと。先生や中の看護士さん達は親切ですが受付の方が人によって冷たいです。かなり前から時々お世話になっているのですが、こういう対応1つあっただけで、なかなか足が向かわなくなってしまいます。
The reception desk is open until 5:30 and the consultation hours are up to 6 o'clock. My bladder wasn't working well and I wanted to get some medicine in a hurry, so I might not be in time for 5:30, so I called at the last minute to ask if I could get only the medicine. I was told with a cold feeling that it was impossible. I wonder if it's okay to say it in a more kind way. The teachers and the nurses inside are kind, but the receptionist is colder depending on the person. I've been indebted to you from time to time for quite some time, but even with just one such response, it's hard to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かかりつけ医に診て貰いましたが(症状：発熱・腰痛・頭痛&オシッコの際の苦痛)良くならなかったので、翌日ネットで検索して立木医院にかかりました。じっくり話を聴いて頂き、的確な検査・診断・治療・アドバイスをして頂き、本当に助かりました。最初からここに行けば良かったです…
I consulted my family doctor (symptoms: fever, low back pain, headache & pain when peeing), but it didn't improve, so I searched online the next day and went to Tachiki Clinic. It was really helpful for me to listen carefully and give me accurate tests, diagnoses, treatments, and advice. I should have been here from the beginning ...
