h	hiro udon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 凝りまくった料理ではなく、素材に一手間かけた作品。シンプルイズベスト。塩でいただくスタイルが多く、それだけ素材と仕上げに自信が伺える。イタリアンなのかは、もうわからない(笑) 両忘ってジャンルかしら。肉は…鴨肉じゃなく牛肉がよかったかな…！そこだけ期待が外れて残念(ToT) 鴨肉でも十分に美味しいけれども！笑何より楽しみだったのが、チーズケーキ！これが一番の目当てだった！ 35年間いろんなチーズケーキ食べ漁ってきたけど、今のところ間違いなくぶっちぎりの一位(マジ)。 It's not an elaborate dish, but a work that takes a lot of work on the ingredients. simple is best.
