渡	渡辺朋子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 介護が必要になった義父母の家を引き払うためにお願いしました。最初の電話対応の方が大変落ち着いた感じで、こちらの事情もよく理解してくださり、話がスムーズで印象が良かったのですが、そのあとの見積に来た方も、引越し当日に来てくれた人も、アルバイトさんもいたのだと思いますが、キーの方がしっかり指示を出されていて、皆さん本当にプロだなぁと安心してお任せすることができました。他の業者にも見積依頼で電話しましたが、機械的な対応だったり、見積に来た人も他社を蹴落とすようなお話をされたり、ここで決めてくれたらとどんどん金額を下げてきたりして、逆に不信感をもってしまいました。シモツさんは来てくれた人みなさん、自然体で信頼感もてる方たちだなぁと感じました。引越し当日は、何かお昼の足しにでもなるようなことができたらよかったのに、何もしないまま帰っていただいてしまい、なんだか申し訳なかったです。また次の機会があったらお願いしようと思っています。 I asked to get rid of my parents-in-law's house that needed long-term care.
