どれも手がとてもこんでいるのが分かります。
肝心の味も上品で繊細な味付けですが、しっかりと旨味を感じると言ったらよいか、、、
簡単に言うととても美味しかったです(^^)
女性同士で来るのもよし、デートにもよし。
女性はきっと喜ぶと思います♪
見た目が本当にキレイ。

記念日にランチコースで利用しました。
どの料理も工夫が凝らされているので、出てくるのがワクワクします。
食器や盛り付けも美しく、見た目も楽しい料理ばかりです。
一品一品の説明も丁寧で、店員さんの対応もとても親切でした。
地元から両親が来た時も利用しましたが、とても喜んでくれました。
個室があるので、小さい子どもを連れての利用もできます。
特別な日に何度でも利用したいお店です。

空豆は斬新。真っ黒。ペコリーノチーズの泡がのっています。食べられる炭で空豆とパンチェッタを巻いて揚げたもので結構濃いめの味。美味しい。水ダコはトマトのスープとよく合うが結構普通。パスタは流石の美味しさ。味付けも量もちょうどよかった。メインの鶏は周りがサクサクで中はジューシー。これは美味しい。
流石の味、雰囲気、サービス。王道そうで他にない味付けが好み。おすすめ。

Broad beans are novel. Black. There is a pecorino cheese foam on it. It is fried with broad beans and pancetta wrapped in edible charcoal and has a rather strong taste. delicious. Water octopus goes well with tomato soup, but it's quite normal. Pasta is delicious. The seasoning and quantity were just right. The main chicken is crispy around and juicy inside. This is delicious.

水ダコとナスなど野菜をたくさんつかったのも、サーモンもキノコもお肉も旨し!
ウニ＆海苔＆山葵のパスタもさっぱりして好き。
デザートはブラマンジェとライチソルベにメロンスープ。
大満足でした。また行きたい!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a good Italian lunch near Tokyo station and decided to try here as I happened to be able to visit on a weekday. I entered as soon as the restaurant opened at 11 am, asked for a table, and the waiter briskly told me that they were only taking reserved guests that day. I asked if they always only take reservations, he replied “not always but only reserved guests today” - so should I reserve if I wanted to eat here or not? There seemed to be seats without the reserved sign - I wonder if things would have been different if I was not in jeans with a shopping bag?
Never mind, the waiter’s attitude was enough to make me not want to come back…
If their dishes were tasty as many had commented, a pity that I would never be able to know and that they lost one foodie who could have become their fan!
