カ	カンフーパンダ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四天王寺夕陽丘に来る機会があったので、その足で、少し北側にあるカフェ『スリーズ(Cerise)』に立ち寄りました。店はビルの二階にあります。イートインもテイクアウトも出来ますが、今回は店内でも食べて、テイクアウトもしようという考えです。店内で食べたのは、こちら。アップルカスタード(540円)です。りんごとカスタードとキャラメルという鉄板の組合せ。テイクアウトですが、濃厚なチョコレート生地とブラジル産カカオガナッシュを重ねたニヴと、塩をアクセントにしたキャラメルムースとバニラのムースタルトです。名前はそのままのキャラメルサレ・ヴァニーユ。もう一つのテイクアウトが名物のトーフチャウデ。豆腐とクリームチーズを使ったシブースト。見た目もトーフですが、味も豆腐の味と食感が残るスイーツでした。 I had a chance to come to Yuhigaoka, Shitennoji, so I stopped by the cafe "Cerise" on the north side.
