T	To Az on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他店より安価であった為初めての利用。しかしショッピングサイトに掲載されている写真、品番共に異なる商品が届いた。（販売サイトの写真と品番、商品説明は自在ノズルでストレートから40度の角度に噴霧調整が可能だが、実物は霧吹き固定のノズル。形状が異なる）届いた日に使用する必要があったが代用できるものではなかった為、実店舗で手配することになった。またその問題を訴え、返品するにあたり手順があまりにも複雑。カスタマーセンターの電話番号をやっと見つけたが、オペレーターが取り次ぐだけで実務の案内はメールの回答を待つしかない。返品を受領して（運送会社の追跡から）3日目の夕刻になるが、未だに処理される雰囲気はなく、返金されるかも不安な状態である。ここの他の方のレビューを読んでいれば、この店舗の選択肢はなかったと思う。今後の利用される方の参考になればよいが。。。 It was the first time to use it because it was cheaper than other stores.
